Does MathWorks offer a license for home use?

I would like to purchase a license in a non-commercial or academic capacity. This would be to use MATLAB as a hobby or for learning on my own. Is this possible?

Depending on your location, MathWorks does offer a Home Use License for non-professional and non-academic work. This license for MATLAB cannot be used for research or creating a commercial product.

Please add Matlab Coder to Home edition since it is in Student edition -_-''
