Optimize spectrum fitting has two components by code ??

Hi all, Anyone have experience to optimize nonlinear fitting for data of absorption spectrum has two components . For instant, I have spectrum for blend material (AB) and spectrum for pure material(A) . I want to match the nonlinear fitting using optimize function in Matlab. Regards

Can you provide more information as to the data you are trying to fit? You can try using the "lsqcurvefit" function which solves a nonlinear least-squares problem to fit your data. For more information, please see:
