Why do I get an error “Did not get a valid entitlement” after entering my login credentials when launching MATLAB in Docker container or in MATLAB Deep Learning Container on NVIDIA DGX?

When I attempt to launch MATLAB in docker container or in MATLAB Deep Learning Container on NVIDIA DGX, I receive an error “Did not get a valid entitlement” after entering my login credentials.

The issue occurs when you do not have a valid License that allows MATLAB to be launched in a Docker environment.

To resolve this issue please use an Individual license as this has online licensing available and will allow you to use MATLAB in Docker container.

This issue also occurs if you have not accepted the Online Service Agreement on your MathWorks Account. Login to your MathWorks Account and click on “Accept” on Online Service Agreement page.
