Remove group delay from an impulse response

I have an impulse response with some group delay, that doesn't really exist in the system, but is caused by measuremen artifacts. Can i remove the group delay from the impulse response? I have tried with zero-phase filtering without any luck.

Hi, you can use fdesign.arbgrpdelay to create an allpass, arbitrary group delay filter, but... how do you know what part of the group delay you're seeing is artifact.
Real impulse responses do have group delay.

I measure a speaker driver unit. When i reconstruct the minimum phase from the impulse response with hilbert I have lots of grp delay 10-20 samples between very close frequencies say 1000Hz and 1000.1Hz.
10 samples at 48000kHz and with the speed of sound beeing 340m/s is about 7cm, i dont even think my 4inch woofer can move this much ;)
