how do i implement these blocks?

Hello, i need to implement the "unipolar barket code" and "qpsktxrx.Messagebits" blocks as in figure. I am searching them on library blowser and i cannot find anything. How can i find them? Thanks.

Double click the block in Simulink. The dialog appeared will show the block type. If it's still not clear, click the "Help" button to bring up the document.

If it is not a customized library block or a masked subsystem block, most likely, it is just a Constant block. "qpsktxrx.Messagebits" is specified as the value of the constant.
