Compilation fig in exe file with python script

Hi! I got the following problem:
there is a fig file with a graphical interface made in guide that performs calculations, writes some data to separate text files in the bin folder (in the code, the paths to them are relative), and also saves pictures (in png) and a spreadsheet in excel in a separate folder (the path to it is absolute), and after that, it runs a python script that takes data from text files, pictures and tables, and based on this creates a pdf report. The py-script itself is also located in the bin folder.
Is it possible to compile all this into an exe-application that will run on another PC without Matlab and Python installed?
I tried to do it through Runtime, but the program does not start after compilation.

Thank you all very much for your ideas and comments.

MATLAB Compiler is not going to bundle in any necessary python infrastructure.
Walter, thanks for your reply. But is there any way to compile such a program into an .exe file? if for example separately to install a python?
There are probably portable runtimes for Python. You could check if that will do what you need if you add those as files to your project.
