Dot indexing error while using arxml.importer

I'm using the following code :

arxml={uigetfile('.arxml')};

xml=arxml.importer(arxml{1});

But I have the following error :

Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type.

Could you please help me ?

Hi Yuan,

I understand you are facing issue in importing the “arxml” file using the “arxml.importer” function. This is because you are initializing a cell variable named “arxml” in your script which has the same name as “arxml” class. And cell variable does not support dot indexing.

I would like to suggest try using some other name for the cell variable in your script instead of “arxml”.
