Hi,
I understand that you want to include a moving target to a ground clutter.
In order to do so, we'll need to define 'Target' characterstics, simulate 'Target' return and combine 'Target'-'Clutter' signals.
You can refer to the following MathWorks documentations, to know more about how to do these things in order to include a moving target:
- https://www.mathworks.com/help/radar/ug/generate-clutter-and-target-returns-for-mti-radar.html
- https://www.mathworks.com/help/radar/ug/simulate-radar-detections-of-surface-targets-in-clutter.html
I hope this resolves your issue.
