How do I simulate a consumer in a hydraulic system?

2 views (last 30 days)
I need to simulate a consumer. To simplyfy the system I should have a block with a variable volume flow. The pressure of the system is 18MPa and the volume flow changes, depending on the machine.
Is there a block for this case?
Thanks for the help.
Best regards.

@Sam Chak i can model any signal i like with mathematical functions :). My problem is to adapt the volume flow, like a valve who controlls that, but i don't know to implement it in my hydraulik cycle

@Emefun, I understand your point now. There should be a governing equation that describes the relationship between the volume flow and flow rate. I'm hopeful that you will gain some valuable insights by exploring this equation.

The flow resistance block fits my idea/model
