Unrecognized function or variable 'START_GUI'.

I'm trying to get "AnaSP, a MATLAB software suite to ANAlyse SPheroids' features Brought to you by: piccila" to load up but it isn't and I'm following the video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqANSYfMnss&t=3s. I can't tell what to do any idea what to do if I get Unrecognized function or variable 'START_GUI'. when I try to start up the program

Did you set the current MATLAB directory to the location of the AnaSP files?
