matlab r2024b download problem

i face a problem downloading the matlab r2024b, is there anyone who knows how to help me

For installation problems, it is usually best to Contact Support. Include the URL of this thread in your message to them, and please post here the solution that MathWorks provides. You might not be the only person having your specifiic problem.

the problem is that when i try to open the installation sillicon for macos, the applicatin doesnt respond

With R2024b, which I just downloaded and installed on a Windows computer yesterday, it first downloads a ~230 kb stub program. Then you launch that and it hauls down the gigabytes of all the toolboxes that you've purchased and then installs those. It sounds like you got the stub downloader program but when you go to launch it, it hangs or doesn't appear to launch.

Please do exactly what it says to do in the FAQ now and you should be up and running soon.
