My current activation of MATLAB is on a computer that has been locked out by bitlocker. I have lost the bitlocker key to open the computer and so I have installed MATLAB on another computer. I cannot deactivate MATLAB on the old computer since I don't have access. To the best of my knowledge, I have no other way to deactivate and need help. I am hoping that you can see the older computer, identified as LYNX, and deactivate from you end. Note that the old computer is offline and will not retrun to service.

You can deactivate a computer you no longer have access to by logging in to your Mathworks account (avatar on the upper right). You can do this from any computer that works. Then click on your license number in the list. Then go to the "Install and activate" tab and click the "Deactivate a computer" link.
