How to un-dock Workspace window in 2025a

Going from 2024b to 2025a it no longer seems possible to un-dock the Workspace window???

When I checked just now, that option is not among those listed. So apparently not.

(The reasons for these changes to the MATLAB desktop and the advantages of the new desktop in R2025a are not obvious to me.)

I suppose the thinking is that, with the new side panel icons, it is so easy to move the Workspace in and out of view that why would you need to undock?
