MATLABをインストールできない

setup.exeを起動時、以下エラーが発生します。

こちらのエラーは、インストーラー内の setup.exe に含まれるインストールファイルが破損した場合に起こることがあります。下記ページのソリューションをお試しいただけますでしょうか。
