There is no available hardware support for PLUTO+ at the moment.

Is there an alternative hardware support paskage for the Pluto+ SDR -- it contains a AD9363/AD9361/AD9364 Compatible processor, and a Zynq-7010 FPGA

Looks like this set me on the right path - this link works for MatLab versions 2024 and earlier. I have a later version (2025b) so you have to use the "SoC Blockset Support Package for Xilinx Devices" but first you have to download the SoC Blockset - which you may have to purchase - can't tell - I've been running in circles between their webpages and the Add-on manager - reached out to Customer Support - will let you know how it turns out.
