How to create account

The domain num.edu.mn belongs to the National University of Mongolia. When a university purchases a Campus-Wide License, MathWorks typically registers the university’s approved email domains. Any student or faculty member who creates an account using their official university email address is automatically recognized and linked to the campus license.

If you believe that your university has a Campus-Wide License but are unable to create an account, please contact your university’s IT department. Because the license is generally renewed annually, it is possible that your university’s domain is temporarily blocked while the payment process is being completed.

If you need to use MATLAB as soon as possible, you can access the basic version of MATLAB, along with 10 commonly used toolboxes, through MATLAB Online using your current @Altantsooj B account. The free plan allows up to 20 hours of use per month.

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that our university does not have a Campus-Wide License. The issue affects only some student accounts: some students using the same university email domain can successfully create accounts, while others receive the email validation error. Could you please advise why individual addresses from the same domain are being treated differently?
