Multiclass-classification By Logistic Regression. Help

Dear Sir. How i can do Multiclass-classification, i have five class (1 2 3 4 5), each class i have subcategory, after this i want to check the conditional probability of each class.

I think you can do what you want using the mnrfit function from the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox.
