using C++ Library (SeqAn) in MATLAB

Hi. I would like to use C++ Library (SeqAn SeqAn ) in MATLAB

I found one can load the C++ library using command:

loadlibrary(libname,hfile)

however, after loading, what should I do to utilize things in this library in MATLAB?

Any examples would be huge help.. thanks

E.g., You can use the following functions:

libfunctions  -->  Lists the functions available to call
calllib  -->  Calls a particular function in the library
unloadlibrary  -->  Unloads the library
