What operating system? Win7? Did you run it as administrator? You can call the Mathworks and I'm sure the first thing they will ask is if you can temporarily disable your Kaspersky Anti-Virus program, which apparently sees something in the bytes of the installer or the behavior it exhibits that makes it think it's a risky file.

Just call them. They'll give you free tech support for installation, even for student versions (if you have that).

Apparently error 22 is obscure; see
http://www.computertechhelps.com/error-22-fix-best-way-to-fix-error-22/
Note however that refers to -22 not 22, so if it is 22 and not -22 you see then that information does not apply.
I am not familiar with the company providing that information, and I am not familiar with the remedy program they recommend, so I would not trust that program without further checking.
I find a bit different explanation at http://bestregistrycare.com/runtime-errors/Runtime-error-22.html . I am not familiar with that company or their registry cleaning tool either.
The most immediate thing to check is whether you have enough free disc space to install to.
I notice that at least one other person has posted with the same problem here, in October. It was suggested that they contact MathWorks Technical Support.
