fatal error C1083 using mex

Matlab says it cannot open a header file which is in the directory of other header files, which it is able to access. I am using MATLAB R2010a and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 compiler "Cannot open include file: 'ControlSystem.h': No such file or directory"

please help!!!!
