I'm trying to install 2015b version on Win 10 64bit, but it just doesn't start instalation. Any ideas?

The file that I'm downloading looks like need s to be extracted. After doing so, I run the setup file a small window appears for a second and then it disappears and nothing happens. How do I install it? Thank you

Do you have Kasperov turned on? If you do you might need to turn it off while you do the installation.
