npn transistor

Hi,

I am trying to implement a npn based switch circuitry. The problem came when I had to enter the paramneters for the npn transistor block.

The parameters that are asked by the model is not directly given in datasheets. Also parameters like forward early voltage, output admittance, collector resistance are not given directly.

I have to submit the project. Please help me.
