Align images based on corner marks

I have a scanned image and i want to align it to a base image based on the corners that are marked. I am new to image processing problems and it could be very helpful to me. I want to implement a OMR code in Matlab for counting the results of a questionnaire, but it is important that images to be aligned to a sample image and then I can proceed with the other steps. A simple model is shown in the figure. It would be very helpful to me. Thank you in advance
