To extract data from file

I have written code to extract data from txt file.The extracted data values are not same. Attached is code as well as file. I shall be thankful if someone would help me out. Thanks

a=importdata('Run5.txt',' ',2)
out=a.data

Out put is required in one column

Your text file shows multiple columns, if you want one column, use reshape function, or
out=out(:)
