Error: Undefined function or variable 'imfilter'.

Hello,
I am coming up with the above-mentioned (on the title) error. My MATLAB edition is R2015b. The problem is that I have installed image processing toolbox. I checked it through the license('test','image_toolbox') command on the command window whatsoever and the answer was 1.
So, what could I do to implement the 'imfilter' function into my code?

You do not have the Image Processing Toolbox installed -- though you might have it licensed.
Alternately you might need to use
rehash toolbox
