Ramp variation with variable start time

Hi, I have to create a Simulink model which varies the output signal from 0 to 90 when an activation signal goes from 0 to 1 and from 90 to 0 when the activation signal returns to zero. I have created the following graph to explain what I have to do. The activation signal can be changed at any time (as a switch activated by the user). The output signal must vary with a ramp trend (as shown in the figure).

How can I realize this model?
