CANNOT START MATLAB: Could not read file classpath.txt ERROR

I cannot start Matlab R2016a after first installation.
Error is first:
Warning: could not read file classpath.txt
Second error is:
Fatal Error On Startup
Cannot locate or initialize cladd com/mathworks/jmi/Opaquejavainterface.

@CMS: If you do not get a useful answer, this usually means, that the question is not clear enough. Of course re-installing Matlab would be the first idea I get. But I noticed this thread after Shivam's answer, more than 1 year after it was asked, therefore I hesitated to give this trivial suggestion.
If you found a solution, please post it and mark your answer as accepted. This helps others, when they have the same problem. Deleting the question is less useful and it does not match the nature of a public forum. Therefore the question was reverted.

Thank you. Please flag Shivam for being unhelpful. A solution was found by the way- I uninstalled MatLab.

@CMS: You could set a flag by your own. But Shivam's "answer" is vague only, but neither rude nor spam. It was the only activity of this person in the forum, therefore I assume a flag would not have any effect.

Just deleted and reinstal it, and if you have another copy of matlab (whether oldest or newest) instal in your PC try to instal the new copy in different place.
