Find function (dependence)

Dear fellows,

do you know how to find function if you have fow example 100 vaules of x and 100 vaules of y?

x = [........], y = [.......].

How to find dependence x and y, y(x).

With function cftool I just can plot that curve but I need approximately analytical solution.
