SVM ensemble

Hi I am working on SVM ensemble. i downloaded ensemble tool box.main.m is working and giving accuracy value. i need to extract only svm ensemble.. how can i do using ensemble tool box. also how to solve the error Error in ==> CombineCLFs at 7 Train_DP_output=zeros(N_classifiers,N_class,N_train);
