using Matlab python Engine API(64 bit) in python 2.7(32 bit)

Hi, I am using MATLAB 2015b. I have developed a plugin in python 2.7(32 bit) for Enterprise Architect. Now i want to integrate Matlab python Engine API with my Python script. But i use Matlab 64 bit, and when i try to install the Matlab engine API it gives me an error of incompatibility. So is there anyway i can get this working? Would appreciate any kind of help here.
