My old laptop broke and I just bought a new one. How can I transfer my license and install Matlab on my new laptop?

Depending on you license type and the number of other computers you have MATLAB installed on, you might be able to install it now. The rest of this you can then do later.
Otherwise, if you need to deactivate your current license on your crashed machine, go to My Account, click on your License Number, then click (preferably right-click to open an new tab) on Install and Activate, the click on Deactivate a Computer. You can click on the previous tab and click on the installer to install it on your new computer.
I’ve not had to do this since the procedure changed, so I’ve no experience with the current method. What I’ve described should work.
