How can I get the Image Segmenter App in MATLAB R2014a?

I would like to use the Image Segmentation app which is supposed to be a part of the Image Processing and Computer Vision toolbox. I could not find it on my MATLAB R2014a. How can I download it?

According to note at the end of the documentation for that app it was introduced in release R2014b. You will need to upgrade to that release or later to use it.
