Will Matlab 2017a be compatible with .NET Core 1.2 and .NET Standard 2.0?

New versions of Matlab and future additions are covered by an NDA as far as I am aware, when any information or a pre-release is available so I doubt anyone can give you an answer until the full R2017a is released.
