How can I combine them into 1x1x7 cell as follows;
combined=
val(:,:,1) =
[20x4 double]

This can be done straightforwardly with a for loop:
for nc = 1:size(AA_last,3)
combined{1,1,nc} = [AA_last{1,1,nc}; AA_last_glonass{1,1,nc}];
end
