Support package installer error on everything

Hello guys,

I'm trying to install from the adds-on explorer the MinGW-w64 but I get errors during the installation. I've got the same issues trying with another program and thereby, I conclude that the problem comes from the support package installer. I've really looked everywhere, but no one seems to have this issue. I've attached an image showing the errors I get when I try to install. Can someone help me pls? I'm really stuck and desperate to find a solution to this matter.
