Algorithm for Breast tomosynthesis

I am working on the project of tomosynthesis in Mammography(Breast imaging). I have taken 16 2D images in .dcm format at different angles like -15 ,-13,-11,-9,-7-----7,9,11,13,15. I want to reconstruct the 2D images into 3D volume and create the slices.Please guide?
