Starting parallel pool issue

Hi

I am unable to start parpool. It was working fine before but suddenly getting following error

"Starting parallel pool (parpool) using the 'local' profile ... Error using parpool (line 103)
Invalid default value for property 'ProcessInformation' in class 'parallel.cluster.Local':
The unix() and ! commands are disabled."

Kindly help!!

"For what its worth, I experienced this same error message a couple of times when I started matlab before all system disks were NFS mounted. Restarting matlab once the disks were mounted resolved the issue."
