Request for guidance about Line Graph with 2 Y-axis

Kindly guide me that how can I draw a Line Graph in Matlab with 2 Y-axis.I have attached a excel file.

I will be highly appreciated on urgent guidance!!!

If you're using release R2016a or later, use the examples on the documentation page for the yyaxis function as a starting point.

If you're using an earlier release, see the documentation page for the plotyy function.
