複数入力があるときのモデル同定（System Identification toolbox）

入出力が複数ある場合に、System Identification toolboxを使って、 モデルを同定することは可能でしょうか。 また、同定したモデルをSimulinkに組み込むことは可能でしょうか。 もし、可能であれば、具体的な手順を教えていただけますでしょうか。

はい、多入力多出力モデルの同定も可能です。
できたモデルをSimulinkで利用することも可能です。下記の質問の回答と同様になります（つまり、idmodelのブロックを利用します）：
