Why do I receive "MathWorks Account Unavailable - Technical Issue" when trying to link to or verify my license?

 Accepted Answer

This error can occur due to the following:
  • Unaccepted Online Services Agreement
  • Non-University Email
  • Issues with Cache and Cookies

Unaccepted Online Services Agreement

If you have not accepted the Online Services Agreement, you will receive this error when attempting to verify or re-verify with your organization. To resolve, sign into your MathWorks Account from a different browser and accept the Online Services Agreement.

Non-Organization Email

To verify with the organization, you must use a MathWorks Account created with your organization's email address. If you are not using your organization's email address for your MathWorks account, please create one.
Note: The organization email address must use the email domain of the organization that you are attempting to link/verify to.

Clearing Cache and Cookies

If you have already attempted to address the concerns listed above, please clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Since I have no idea, where to get help on this problem I'll ask here.
I have the same problem, but when I try to ask for help on https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html I need a product licence. Now the question is where do I get it. I already contacted the Uni's technical support and was firmly rebuffed with (not a problem on our side) so I am hesitant to contact them again.
