InterX issues. Showing intersection when there is none.

I'm trying to use InterX to check if there is intersection between two lines.
I have a curve defined by vectors x and y. And a straight line defined by two points. These two lines appear to not be crossing, yet InterX returns some values. The red dots in the plot is the InterX solutions, while the long blue line to the right of the curve is the actual line.

The plot illustrates the issue. InterX returns some intersection points, when there is no intersection. Have I misunderstood how I should input data into the function, or is there some other mistake? What I'm after is to check if there is intersection, the actual point(s) doesn't matter. Any help is appreciated.

The intersections are actually there.
The issue is just in plotting. Straight lines between two points aren't straight on a semilog plot. When you just plot the endpoints, the graph connects them with a straight line, but that's gives the wrong impression of what is going on. Try this, and plot the intermediate points on the line to verify what is going on:
