Hello, I am trying to connect a muse headband to MATLAB. I am trying to figure out how to analyze the EEG data in real time. I dont know if that is possible and if not then having it record and analyze in small intervals is okay but the idea is that the user is wearing the headband and their brain activity is monitored. Right now I am able to open a port and have the data recorded but I do not know how to read it through MATLAB.
Thanks

I am not familiar with the muse headband, but it seems this webpage has an example of what you're describing: http://www.neuroeconlab.com/muse-data-collection.html

Hello dears, I have Muse 2016 headband, the muse-io is not compatible with this version, I use the muse direct application witch can save the eeg data into .muse file or throw osc after muse-player can convert the recorded file to .mat I'm asking here for a compatibility of this solution with muse 2016 device Thanks for help
