MATLAB 2011 b asking for activation each time i startup

i am using MATLAB 2011 b from last 2 years but now it is aking for activation each time i start it. Even if i provide the licence file(*.lic), but still it accepts the licence fine and gives message"activation completed".But if i start MATLAB it again asks for activation.

You might also try running Matlab as administrator. Maybe the license is accepted, but somehow it fails to write that to the file/registry entry that keeps track of that.
