matlab dynare error : preprocessing failed

Hello, I am trying to run the matlab dynare file for the paper "Estimating a small open economy model for Egypt" by Elif Arbatli and Kenji Moriyama. But I always get an error preprocessing failed. Would you please help me with this problem? Thanks a lot.
