You can create an exe file by using the Matlab Compiler, see https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler.html. If you want C++ code, the exact requirements matter: Of course the internally used libraries are not included as readable C++ code and you cannot include all functions. This forum is powerful, but searching by your own is much faster than waiting for others to type an answer.
