how to show more than 4 points after decimal in the variable window ?

Hi,

i Have latitude value of 33.57755520. when I load that into the workspace window and click on it, I only see the number up to 4 points (33.5776) after the decimal ( please see the attached image) How can I display all the numbers after decimal value in the variable window ? Thanks

Go to Preferences->Variables and select Default array format as long and click Apply.

After this, close your MATLAB and open again.

Hi Birdman,

Your solution for this somehow doesn't work for me. Can you maybe help me? I have set the format in code manually to longg and I've also changed the Default array format in the preferences both to long and long g and restarted matlab a couple of times now but none of it helped.
