How can I download the installation files for MATLAB Parallel Server?

The installation files for MATLAB Parallel Server may be obtained using the same methods used to obtain the installation files for MATLAB and other Mathworks Products.  For instructions, please refer to the following article:
How can I get MATLAB installation files for use on an offline machine?
A video is also available which walks you through the download process along with the set up. 
NOTE: Starting in R2019a the following name changes occurred:
  • MATLAB Distributed Computing Server was renamed to MATLAB Parallel Server 
  • mdce_def was renamed to mjs_def
  • mdce binary was renamed to mjs
