Simulink Asynchronous motor output

Could u tell me, what unit is on output of motor? I think that's radians/s but why the motor started from 157.

Rotor speed is in radians/s as indicated. The initial speed will depend on the initial slip. If the initial slip is 0, this implies that the rotor speed is equal to the synchronous speed at the very start. If the initial slip is 1, this indicates that the rotor is at rest and the initial rotor speed is 0.
