undock Command History as its own floating window

Is there a way to undock the Command History so it is its own window and not either attached to the MATLAB desktop nor as a pop-up for the Command Window?

The Command History can become its own window with the following steps:

1. Undock the Command History if it is not already undocked.

2. Click the up arrow while in your Command Window so the Command History pops up.

3. Click on the down arrow on the top right hand of the Command History.

4. Select Detach

The undock on Command History never works on me, I see the window flying out and then close by it-self.

It's just me or not? (I believe it happens with Windows, all version)
