Restricted Boltzmann Machine plot?

So I am using the Deep Learning Toolbox
https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/42853-deep-neural-network
in order to be able to generate my predictive model. I can get it to work, as I am prediction the FTSE 100 using past data. The MSE and RMSE and the program works.
However I am trying to plot the predictions against time, and I cannot find where the program has stored the predictions, if it has stored them at all?
Can you offer any advice?
